X-RAY Analysis
X-ray Analysis is used to inspect BGAs, Micro BGAs and Flip-chip devices. Other products and materials that are impossible to inspect using normal inspection methods may be easily inspected using X-ray technology. Bright Solutions have a real time Nicolet X-ray system.
